We are looking for a Director of FP&A to be a key part of the Finance team delivering monthly financial packages to the Board and other stakeholders, preparing annual and rolling forecasts, and engaging with the business to drive positive financial results.


About the Director of FP&A

In this role, you will be responsible for the preparation of annual budget & rolling forecasts, perform monthly variance analysis, and comparing actual results back to the forecast and budget.


Additional responsibilities will include:

  • Prepare and analyze monthly financial package including KPI reporting and variance analysis.
  • Alongside the VP of Finance engage with business leaders on a monthly basis to report on financial performance and provide actionable feedback to drive positive financial results.
  • Assist the VP of Finance with profitability analysis on new products and large sales opportunities.
  • Assist the Senior Management Team in preparing monthly management presentations and quarterly board presentations.
  • Identify and solution areas of process improvement and automation within Finance to drive efficiencies, so time can be spent on more value-add activities.

About the Documentation Specialist

As a Documentation Specialist you will work in close partnership with key stakeholders and SME’s to create engaging documentation for internal and external clients including but not limited to software product documentation, release documentation,  SOPs  . This position will report to the Manager of Learning and Development.


You will play a pivotal role in creating processes to capture, manage and create documentation which reflects the current and growing knowledge of our workforce. The successful candidate will be relentless in their pursuit to stay ahead of new products/enhancements, thrive in a fast-paced environment, willing to break the status quo and devise creative, high-impact documentation strategies which will empower our organization to build innovative technology that revolutionizes the way healthcare benefits are bought, sold and managed.


No two days will be the same for the Documentation Specialist, but these will be your primary responsibilities:

  • Partner with department managers and subject matter experts to create technical documentation  specific to software documentation, product releases, Job Aids, etc.
  • Create, implement and maintain processes supporting quarterly release updates. Including but not limited to producing instructional documentation and executing a communication strategy
  • Partner with all departments to document inter-departmental workflows, processes and best practices
  • Create engaging and compelling documentation that enhances transfer and retention
  • Select photographs, drawings, sketches, diagrams, and charts to supplement written word and illustrate material
  • Routinely work alongside product development teams and participate in testing strategies
  • Creates templates for standardizing and maintaining version control of training material and documentation

About the Executive Assistant, Sales Position

The Executive Assistant, Sales will be responsible for providing administrative support and sophisticated calendar management.  You must be able to prioritize inquiries and requests while troubleshooting conflicts with little guidance; make independent judgments and recommendations to ensure smooth day-to-day engagements. You will act as a personal assistant to the executive, primarily tasks will be related to the company


No two days will be the same for the Executive Assistant, responsibilities will include: 

  • Work in a professional and focused manner to schedule internal and external meetings.
  • Collaborate with our Marketing Team to ensure materials are prepared and distributed prior to meetings.
  • Keep Sales Operations Management Team apprised of last minute requests and changes.
  • Provide complex travel arrangements, including air travel, car service and hotel accommodations; become familiar with the specific, detailed needs and preferences of executives; create consistent travel itinerary for reference and be available during travel times to quickly address any last minute changes, updates or cancellations.
  • Manage correspondence, incoming calls, and prioritize phone messages, emails and mail; handle all calls and visitors with grace, sophistication and professionalism, ensuring a professional, responsive and effective experience for customers, key relationship partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Prepare for meetings including location, scheduling teleconference services, printing materials, and ordering meals (if required).
  • Accurately track and report expenses by managing credit cards and receipts. Process and submit receipts accurately and on schedule.
  • Support as needed the preparation and distribution of weekly, monthly, quarterly reports and data tracking.
  • Work independently and within a team as a project manager for special projects, at the request of the Sales Operations Management Team. May include: planning and coordinating multiple presentations, disseminating information, and organizing events, and assisting with special tasks.

About the Talent Acquisition Specialist Position


The Talent Acquisition Specialist is a highly visible role that will work collaboratively with hiring teams throughout the organization. The ideal candidate will identify the best talent and work closely with hiring managers providing guidance on recruiting strategies, industry trends and market data. The incumbent will deliver continuous improvement based on internal and external best practices, and will ensure requisitions are delivered with excellence using creative sourcing methods (internal and external).

No two days will be the same for the Talent Acquisition Specialist, but these will be your primary responsibilities:


  • Proactively source candidates through job boards, candidate pools, social media websites, referrals, networking, and other avenues, to fill exempt, non-exempt, full time and temporary talent acquisition needs
  • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through pro-active market research, sourcing and on-going relationship management
  • Ownership and maintenance of Applicant Tracking Systems, and other tools to manage the requisition approval process, incoming resumes and applicant flow and ensuring compliance with all federal & state laws, as well as PlanSource policies
  • Establish strong partnerships with hiring teams to quickly assess business needs, determine candidate and job profile and launch a thorough hiring strategy
  • Work closely with the VP (Human Resources) to develop corporate recruiting strategies to identify top talent
  • Determine effective advertising mediums and place appropriate postings on career and social networking sites
  • Interview candidates within the framework of the position specification. Possess strong ability to screen, interview and prepare an ideal candidate slate within an appropriate and consistent timeline
  • Schedule phone and onsite interviews with candidates and hiring manager and/or team members
  • Complete reference checks on all potential candidates and review findings with hiring manager prior to job offer
  • Assist with initial onboarding by creating offer letters and pre hire package to distribute to selected candidates
  • Conduct drugs screens and background investigations for all new hires
  • Ensure appropriate follow-up with candidates who are not selected for hire
  • Generate monthly new hire/recruiting reports to review with management
  • Assist with completing job description audits when needed
  • Participate in special projects/recruiting initiatives including assessment of best practices in interviewing techniques, leveraging of internal sources of talent and identification of top performers for senior-level
