The position reports to the Vice President of Human Resources while assuring the candidate has a good recruitment experience.     About the Talent Acquisition Manager Position   The Talent Acquisition Manager is a highly visible role that can not only shape a team, but also help refine the way we research, source, assess and select talent. This position will lead a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists, providing situational coaching; managing all aspects of delivery to ensure individual and team goals align with broader HR and PlanSource strategies and goals. The ideal candidate will deliver continuous improvement based on internal and external best practices, while adherence to standard process and policy. We are looking for a passionate Learning and Development Specialist to take on the responsibility of identifying internal and external training needs within the Benefits Administration organization and developing training programs to address those needs.   About the Learning and Development Specialist The Learning and Development Specialist will be focused on giving new employees a foundation upon which to add department-specific training and providing general training for Clients using PlanSource technology. This position is a service provider for all departments. As a Documentation Specialist you will work in close partnership with key stakeholders and SME’s to create engaging documentation for internal and external clients including but not limited to software product documentation, release documentation,  SOPs  . This position will report to the Manager of Learning and Development.   You will play a pivotal role in creating processes to capture, manage and create documentation which reflects the current and growing knowledge of our workforce. Including but not limited to producing instructional documentation and executing a communication strategy - Partner with all departments to document inter-departmental workflows, processes and best practices - Createengaging and compelling documentation that enhances transfer and retention - Select photographs, drawings, sketches, diagrams, and charts to supplement written word and illustrate material - Routinely work alongside product development teams and participate in testing strategies - Creates templates for standardizing and maintaining version control of training material and documentation - Review current materials and recommend revisions or changes in scope, format, content, and methods of delivery to increase effectiveness - Occasionally facilitate training sessions (ILT, Webinars, etc.) as appropriate - Additional projects and responsibilities as assigned
