Nearly 7.5 million consumers receive their benefits through the PlanSource platform, which provides flexible and intuitive software and services for benefits administration.


PlanSource is looking for an HR Coordinator to support the HR Core Team in an administrative role, providing generalist and administrative support to the Human Resources function for a fast-paced, growing, multi-state, technology firm. This position will be located in the Orlando, FL headquarters.


About the HR Coordinator Position

Core Responsibilities


Onboarding & Offboarding Responsibilities

  • Create new hire agendas and perform Day 1 onboarding meetings.
  • Assist in gathering and tracking required employee documentation during onboarding and offboarding.
  • Process I-9 employment eligibility and E-Verify.
  • Host exit interviews and share trends and opportunities from data received. 


HR Data Maintenance

  • Ensure data integrity in UKGPro HCM system.
  • Coordinate across departments to ensure data accuracy and a positive employment experience. 
  • Participate in and complete audits for HR systems.
  • Complete systems-related training courses and/or seminars as may be required for proficiency.


HR Communication & Employee Experience

  • Act as a liaison to employees, answering basic questions pertaining to interpretation of HR policies, or directing employees to the appropriate resource.
  • Assure you become an expert on HR technology and how to use them to support the team.
  • Represent HR in other departments’ weekly team meetings to provide relevant updates. 
  • Facilitate process and distribution of HR newlsetters.
  • Engage in employee experience helping to bring self-leadership and involvement through community events and Employee Resource Groups.
  • Support department managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to office culture, organization, and communication.

About You

Minimum Job Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Associates Degree in Human Resource Management or related
  • 1-2 years related experience
  • Human Resources experience in an administrative setting
