    HCM Implementation Project Manager

We are currently looking for an HCM Implementation Project Manager to manage the on-boarding process for customers by working with the customer and Sales Team to gather information about the client’s current HR, Payroll, Time and Labor, Recruiting, On-boarding and Performance Management needs. Work with the Configuration Specialists in each of these respective specialty areas as they configure the portal and tools that will be used by the customer.  Oversee and provide support to the customer team as needed to facilitate HR, payroll, Benefits, Time & Labor, and Talent Management information.  Work with Stabilization Consultant in transitioning the customer to the Customer Support Team and/or account management for ongoing service.


    About the HCM Implementation Project Manager Position

    In this role you manage the turnover process from Sales to Implementation by gathering all facts and documents utilized during the sales process.  You will ensure accountability for the success of assigned projects while establishing a relationship with the customer and their key administrative contacts and stakeholders.


    In addition, your responsibilities will include:

    • Build implementation project timeline and manage meetings/deliverables including preparing agendas, documenting meeting notes and tracking issues. 
    • Gather all required supporting documentation from customer pertaining to services elected in customer agreement.
    • Coordinate the collection of information and communicate with the appropriate departments within PlanSource and with 3rd party vendors
    • Work with the Configuration Specialists as they update all required customer documentation
    • Manage the flow/timeline of the implementation to the established deadlines and escalate when necessary
    • Provide reporting updates to internal teams or management
    • Lead customer meetings to review functionality issues or participate in roll out discussions
    • Coordinate system training to the customer Administrative Staff with Stabilization Consultant
    • Engage in the handoff process from Implementation to Service/Account Management to ensure customer satisfaction and continuity with Stabilization Consultant
    • Retain accountability for successful implementation projects
    • Contribute to and/or maintain Standard Operating Process Documents (SOPS) and other processes performed
    • Complete job-related training courses and/or seminars, as may be required for the job and/or assigned by Manager 
    • All other duties as deemed necessary by management

    As the HCM Implementation Project Manager you will bring strong project management skills along with a minimum of two years experience with Human Resource/payroll implementation or software configuration.   


    • Associates Degree / Technical Degree or similar experience
    • Previous Project Management experience, including successful people interaction and managing expectations, strongly preferred
    • Ability to handle and resolve issues
    • Excellent organization and prioritization skills
    • Strong customer service skills
    • Ability to be an effective team member/leader
    • Must be able to work outside of normal work hours
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong keyboarding skills
    • Familiar with Microsoft Office
    • Familiar with Microsoft Windows Networking Systems
