    The Scrum Master is responsible for enacting change & continuous improvement to increase the productivity of the team and quality of deliverables. By following developed Scrum methodologies, the Scrum Master will coach the team in self-organization and cross-functionality, remove impediments to the team’s progress, facilitate scrum events, ensure team execution and delivery to committed sprint work and understand and manage the team’s capacity.

    About You

    In addition, your primary responsibilities will include:

    • Facilitate team creativity and improve effectiveness.
    • Responsible for managing the scrum process with the coordination of scrum team in Agile methodology.
    • Responsible for removing the impediments for the scrum team.
    • Schedule and facilitate meetings and demos.
    • Help product owner to keep the product backlogs in good shape and make them ready for the next sprint.
    • Responsible for conducting retrospective meetings.
    • Organizes and facilitates the sprint planning meeting.
    • Acts as safeguard for your team.



    About You:

     As a Scrum Master you will be able to motivate your team. You will work closely with your agile team on a daily basis and will be responsible for conducting all Agile ceremonies. You will partner closely with the Product Owner and the Development Lead to refine the product backlog and ensure that definition of ready is met. You will work on removing the daily impediments and encourage the team to mature to the next level.



    In Addition, your experience and qualifications will include:

    • Certified Scrum Master certification
    • Work experience as a Scrum Master is preferred but not required.
    • Knowledge of agile methodology and frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, XP, etc.
    • Good skills in coaching team how to follow Scrum.
    • Understand the basic fundamentals of iterative and incremental development.
    • Strong knowledge of Scrum theory, rules and practices.
    • Knowledge of other Agile approaches, like: Kanban, Crystal, FDD, XP, etc. preferred.
    • Basic knowledge of software development processes and procedures to understand your team needs.
    • You should have knowledge about Agile techniques like: User Stories, Continuous Integration, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Testing, Automated Testing.
    • Ability to take and understand the commitment to deliver the product on time.
    • Know about the value of metrics and incremental delivery.
    • Knowledge about tasks, backlog tracking, burndown metrics, velocity, user stories etc.
    • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent additional experience) is preferred; equivalent work experience and demonstrated capability considered
    • Experience within SaaS or technology industry preferred.
    • Persuasive and professional verbal and written communication skills to be used to identify, communicate and implement complex business solutions for clients, staff and management.
    • Excellent analytical and negotiation skills are critical to success.
    • Must demonstrate above-average initiative, self-reliance and autonomy, with the judgment to know when to take the lead, when to involve others, and how to set priorities of the work functions assigned.
    • Ability to establish and maintain effective and collaborative relationships with all key functional areas.
    • Ability to maintain the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality required.
    • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
