PlanSource is a high-growth software company headquartered in Orlando, Florida with offices in Salt Lake City, Minneapolis, and Charleston, SC. We are looking for a Client Solutions Representative to develop new business and increase sales of PlanSource products and services to insurance brokers, benefits professionals, and other channels. The Client Solutions Representative role is vital to expanding market share and driving revenue growth for PlanSource.
About the Client Solutions Representative role
It is an exciting time to be at PlanSource! We are expanding rapidly, but are still small enough for you to make a big impact. As an Client Solutions Representative, you will be responsible for meeting an annual quota, creating new opportunities and expanding PlanSource’s market share in a fast-growing industry. You will be well-supported and our leveraged-sales model gives you access to a strong network of partners so you can hit the ground running.
Your responsibilities will include:
You have a proven track record of success, strong character traits of integrity, work ethic, persistence, and determination, are competitive, and possess strong personal and presentation skills. Our sales cycles are fairly short (1-4 months), so you will need to keep several balls in the air at once. You have experience juggling lots of responsibilities and are comfortable talking with and presenting to people at all levels in an organization.
Your qualifications/abilities include:
You might have 3-5 years' sales experience, which would make you a candidate for a CS Rep 1 opportunity; or
You might have 0-2 years' sales experience, which would make you a candidate for a CS Rep 2 opportunity OR a Business Development Representative. These levels have different pay structures and quotas which we can discuss!
