    PlanSource is a high-growth software company headquartered in Orlando, Florida with offices in Salt Lake City, Minneapolis, Charleston, and Grand Rapids Michigan.We are looking for a Client Service Specialist I for our HCM group to take on an essential role in providing the HCM clients with quality customer service regarding payroll administration, compliance, benefits and any general service question they may have.


    About the HCM Client Service Specialist I Position

    As a Client Service Specialist, you will participate with the HCM team in its efforts to serve and educate HCM customers on the Payroll/HRMS and benefits systems.  Participate in all areas of team support for clients.  This includes but is not limited to system support, payroll processing support, distribution of checks and handling report requests.   In more detail, you will: 

    • Responsible for accepting client calls and responding to them accordingly within the time frame of the Standard Service Level Agreement.
    • Participate in all areas of team support for clients.  This includes but is not limited to system support, payroll processing support, distribution of checks and handling report requests.
    • Provide professional phone and email support on HR tools with clients: timekeeping, onboarding, and all other 3rd party vendors.
    • Provide ongoing phone and email support for the Ultipro Software Payroll system and PlanSource benefit system.
    • Troubleshooting system for clients to facilitate successful payroll processing and web functionality.
    • Responsible for understanding PTO accrual benefits and confirming accuracy of the plan setup.
    • Responsible for the management of the client's year-end process for a successful W-2 distribution.
    • Preparation of custom reports and escalation of specialized requests to specific departments.
    • Ensure the timeliness of invoicing and the shipping of payrolls.
    • Maintain case and task management through Salesforce CRM  for  activity on clients and projects
    • Responsible for being properly informed on client specific processes and needs.
    • Participate in regular HCM Team meetings.
    • Responsible for working and communicating with multiple internal departments to ensure HCM client's needs are met. 
    • Communicate suggestions regarding product and service enhancements to Team Leader.
    • Complete job-related training courses and/or seminars, as may be required for the job and/or assigned by Team Manager. 
    • Any additional duties deemed necessary by Management

    About You

    This role is all about ensuring that the client's needs are met with enthusiasm and a positive attitude.  You must have mean organizational skills and a high attention to detail. You can keep many balls in the air at one time, can handle multiple priorities and work well with short deadlines.   Knowledge regarding general benefits, payroll, tax, and human resource compliance information is a critical necessity.

     In addition, your qualifications/abilities include: 

    • High School Diploma        
    • Bachelor's Degree Preferred
    • FPC or CPP Certification a plus      
    • 3 years Customer Service      Experience
    • General HR/Payroll knowledge
    • Previous Payroll/Staffing/PEO      or ASO Experience Preferred
    • Customer Relations Management Tool (CRM)
    • Excellent writing skills
