We are in need of a passionate Learning and Development Specialist to identify, design and deliver high-impact training solutions for internal and external clients with a focus on our suite of Human Capital Management products, employees and clients. About the Learning and Development Specialist

As a Learning & Development Specialist your primary responsibility will be to ensure internal and external clients have the tools, knowledge and resources to support their continued success. This position will report to the Manager of Learning and Development.
You will be a key figure in providing on-boarding training to new employees as well as supporting the on-going needs of internal and external learners. You are a jack of all training trades with the ability to execute end-to-end design, facilitation and evaluation of learning solutions and will hit the ground running. As apart of an innovative software organization, we are looking for a learning and development professional who is savvy in leveraging technology for greater knowledge transfer and increasing performance outcomes who will help drive our success in empowering PlanSource to build innovative technology that revolutionizes the way healthcare benefits are bought, sold and managed.
