  • Summary

    The purpose of this position is to manage the partnership with key strategic partners in the On-Boarding process for Enterprise OutSourced and/or CoSourced partners and accounts by working with and not limited to Strategic Partners, Broker Contacts, Employer Groups, Sales Teams, Management, Development, Product and Marketing resources to gather information pertaining to these enterprise accounts current Benefit Programs, Processes and Requirements. Oversee and provide Implementation, Training and Project Management support to these accounts. Collaborate with our training department to create documentation and training programs as well as our data team as needed to facilitate electronic transfer (API connections) of eligibility and payroll information. Work with other departments as needed for the development of tools and processes to transition these accounts to their assigned Customer Support Team and/or Account Management Team for ongoing service. Ensure accountability for the success of assigned projects. Be willing to take on unusual and expanded tasks in order to ensure partner success and growth for PlanSource.


    Responsibilities / Duties: Senior Implementation Administration Implementation Program Manager

    • Understand that large partners will have unique requirements that will potentially require flexibility and more integrated work flows and systems. Work to accommodate unique partner/customer needs while ensuring a level of rigor and scalability that ensures high quality, efficient results.
    • Develop new knowledge of product expansions through acquisitions and strategic contracts and develop processes and tools to support a comprehensive end to end implementation with high quality and timeliness.
    • Manage the turnover process from Sales to Implementation by supporting and managing triage call(s) by gathering all facts and documents utilized during the sales process.
    • Establish a productive, balanced relationship with the Enterprise account contacts
    • Build Enterprise implementation project timelines and manage meetings/deliverables including preparing agendas, documenting meeting notes and tracking issues utilizing project management tools, SalesForce, Smartsheet, etc.
    • Coordinate the collection of information and communicate with the appropriate departments within PlanSource and any additional 3rd party vendors
    • Create and manage billing reports for accounting / revenue departments
    • Work with additional resources that are assigned to these enterprise deals, Program Managers, Development Resources, Training Department, Project Managers, Configuration Analyst, Marketing and Ongoing Support Staff as they update all required enterprise account documentation (process flowcharts, SOP’s, program documentation) and others as determined
    • Create, Apply and Resolve a Testing Program to ensure these enterprise account’s requirements and functionality have been captured in completeness, configured and passes initial and ongoing quality assurance / validation programs for their Benefits Administration sites
    • Manage the process flow/On-Boarding timeline for these implementations to established deadlines and escalate to upper management when necessary
    • Provide reporting updates to internal teams and / or management
    • Lead enterprise account meetings to review currently functionality issues and identify potential upcoming issues. Participate, partner with and contribute towards providing immediate workarounds and long term resolutions and prevention
    • Provide system training to our enterprise relationships account’s key Administrative Staff
    • Retain accountability for successful enterprise implementation projects
    • Contribute to and/or maintain Standard Operating Process Documents (SOPS) and other processes performed
    • Complete job-related training courses and/or seminars, as may be required for the job and/or assigned by Manager
    • All other duties as deemed necessary by management


    About You

    Education: - Bachelor’s Degree / Technical Degree or similar experience


    Experience: - Previous Project Management experience preferred 5 years project manager or benefits experience such as HR resource, benefits administration implementation or software configuration
