We are looking for a passionate and experienced Human Resources Manager for our Orlando office to support our highly dynamic talent and play a vital role in our growth. This is a key position that provides consulting expertise, which includes the following areas: organizational development, employee relations, benefits administration and management, payroll, performance management, compensation, employee retention, and manager coaching. The right person will be comfortable in an "all hands-on deck" environment, loves solving people problems and can thrive in a fast-paced culture. The position reports to the Vice President of Human Resources while assuring that PlanSource continues to attract, develop and retain the best talent.
