Summary

PlanSource is a high-growth software company headquartered in Orlando, Florida with offices in Salt Lake City, Minneapolis, Charleston, Las Vegas and Grand Rapids, MI.   We are searching for an experienced Eligibility Processor to work closely with both the Data Team and the Account Managers to ensure accurate information is processed.

 

About Eligibility Processor position

In this role you will be responsible for the manual processing of data via entry into multiple portals as well as general communications internally and externally. 

  • Ability to work with competing priorities and escalating to management as needed.
  • Administer the PlanSource benefits administration system accurately and timely.
  • Resolving tickets regarding inaccurate information in the system.
  • Work directly with multiple internal and external teams and contacts including Account Management and EDI teams, clients and carriers.
  • Maintains client confidentiality in conformance with PlanSource and the client confidentiality policy.
  • Other duties as deemed necessary by management.

About You

The ideal candidate will bring previous benefits administration experience.  You have excellent organization and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.

 

In addition you will have:

  • High school diploma required
  • College Degree preferred
  • Customer service experience
  • Good computer background and experience preferred
  • Strong technical aptitude
  • Strong ability to work independently
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Must be able to work outside of normal work hours as needed
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Ability to be an effective team member
  • Ability to organize, efficiently document and routinely update information; ability to apply procedures to work problems and situations
  • Strong document skills preferred
