We are looking for a passionate Learning and Development Specialist to take on the responsibility of identifying internal and external training needs within the Benefits Administration organization and developing training programs to address those needs.
About the Learning and Development Specialist
The Learning and Development Specialist will be focused on giving new employees a foundation upon which to add department-specific training and providing general training for Clients using PlanSource technology. This position is a service provider for all departments. The Learning and Development Specialist will receive guidance from the Learning and Development Manager to help with training initiatives and objectives for the going needs of the business.
No two days will be the same for the Learning and Development Specialist, but these will be your primary responsibilities:
As a Learning and Development Specialist, you will be an effective communicator both internally and externally with the clients/internal employees you will be supporting. You will become the subject matter expert to demonstrate you have knowledge of the Plansource system. We have a fast paced culture and to be successful here, you must be comfortable with ongoing changes, being able to stay up to date with those changes and provide the answers to our clients/ internal employees. You are the kind of person who can put clients/external employees at ease to ensure they are grasping the information you are training and are able to show your passion of teaching.
